Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the purchased product to us for a full refund, less shipping charges. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
We are sorry, but we are only able to offer returns to US and Canadian customers at this time. No international returns are available due to time and cost associated with shipping item overseas.
Your item must be returned in its original condition, along with included and documents. LifeSystems cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. Any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
